I think that evil is more or a moral dilemma  brought on from differences in upbringing. Take  a person that goes downtown every day and delivers food for the poor, there may be another person out there that does the "exact opposite" and still feels they are providing a service to society... it's all about what you've been taught to value and the deferences between those values. A more important question is who's right and who's wrong?
 
my apologies for the open ended "exact opposite" but it will allow you to let your imagination run... and does what you come up with mean you are capable of evil? Again, opinions =P
